We were really impressed with the vegetarian/vegan options at this restaurant. There is a whole section of the menu to choose from. The food was delicious and good portions. Friendly service and very welcoming. We especially liked the vegan honey chicken dish and the vegetarian platter. We look forward to coming back and trying more.

Thank you for the Chinese dumplings on winter solstice day! I also enjoyed my lunch at your restaurant. The clear broth fish soup is very nice and also enjoyed the beef slices and tripe. You food is excellent and service is friendly. Will visit again the next time I am in Durham!

Excellent Szechuan restaurant, some of the best Szechuan cuisine I have eaten with very authentic flavours. I very much enjoyed their mouthwatering chicken and decided to eat in the restaurant this time. I highly recommended the dry wok brisket beef and wok fried spicy potatoes which were excellent dishes. The spice level and flavours were perfect and love the flavour in that chilli oil. If you are looking for authentic Szechuan cuisine I highly recommended this place. Much more interesting than traditional English standard Chinese cuisine.- Service

Fantastic Sichuan Restaurant. Popular amongst the Chinese students, don't expect traditional British Chinese food, instead enjoy great flavours, new ingredients and lots of spice.
The food is delicious and the service is fast! I recommend the noodles soup and plenty of rice. The waiting time is reasonable.
We had a takeaway which was very quick, tasty and great portion sizes. Would order again.

We had the braised pork noodle soup, spicy braised beef noodle soup, and the lamb chops. The lamb chops were really good and it came in a really grand presentation. The pork noodle soup was really nice, but the meat can be a little bit more tender. For the braised beef soup, it was nice but the broth was just more spicy and you can’t really taste the richness of it compared to the pork one. But overall, good food and fair prices. We got 10% discount for cash payment and it totaled up to £37.35 for all three dishes (incl the jasmine tea too!)- Price per person

On a visit to Durham with friends, we stopped at this restaurant on the first day after a long journey, everything tasted amazing, so good that we went back on our fourth and final day to try more of the menu. Big surprise everything was incredible again. I don't usually leave reviews but this was a very pleasant experience that I'll remember.

Really delicious food. Not your standard "British" chinese, it caters mostly for chinese people, hence some of the bad reviews from people who probably aren't ready to appreciate it. But was truly fantastic.

The menu here is embarrassingly large. The food itself comes in large portions, and it's very reasonably priced. General atmosphere will be improved considerably when the bus station is finished. No fault of restaurant, but it's best to ask for a table towards the back.
